SPEAKER BIOS

Mike Brennan is on the Senior Leadership Team and is the CEO of Commercial Solutions for CRC Group. With more than 30+ years of industry experience, Mike began his career in 1987 at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as an Account Executive.  He then moved to Alexander Howden North America in 1992, which later merged into IBS then Swett & Crawford, ultimately becoming part of CRC Group in 2016 after the merger of CRC and Swett.  He has served in various capacities at Swett and CRC Group, including brokerage production as well as local, regional and national management roles. Mike has contributed to mentorship initiatives in the Casualty Practice and across the broader firm, including training and recruiting. Most recently, Mike has led the integration of the Swett and Crawford team into CRC Group while continuing his leadership role in Commercial Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University.

Christiaan Durdalleris the President and CEO of INSUREtrust, the CRC Cyber Practice Group. He has a specific focus on INSUREtrust’s Cyber Secure Platform, its products, strategy, and its enterprise cyber & technology clients. His team was recognized internationally by Advisen as the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 Cyber brokering team of the year.  In 2018 Christiaan was recognized by Advisen & his peers as the Cyber Risk Industry Person of the year – USA.  In 2021, Christiaan was asked to join Forbes Business Council for his leadership within the space. 

Laura Hamilton head of the Western Division for the company’s Middle and Large Commercial insurance business. Hamilton will lead the sales and underwriting operations for the company’s independent agents, brokers, and customers across 13 Western states including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. She will report to Gretchen Thompson, head of Field Operations & General Industries for Middle and Large Commercial.

With more than 23 years of industry experience, Hamilton was most recently the regional vice president of Southern California, where she worked across multiple lines of business including Large Property, Construction, Marine, and Multinational, as well as The Hartford’s Global Specialty organization, to drive profitable growth and market success on the West coast. She joined The Hartford in 2018 and resides in Redondo Beach, California.

Tucker Hood is the Head of Sales at Insuredmine and has been with the company for over 3 years.  He lives in Dallas Texas and enjoys Orange Theory, cooking and trying new foods with his girlfriend, Taylor, and spending time with his 1 year old Boxer, Oliver.  He is excited to be joining everyone at the RiskProNet Principals meeting

Chris Kolger is the Co-Founder and Co-President of Propeller Bonds, an insurtech managing general underwriter (MGU) equipped with a proprietary instant issue surety bond platform housing nearly 7,000 instant issue surety bonds. With nearly 12 years of working in commercial surety at Chubb (formerly ACE), Kolger oversees Propeller’s daily underwriting operations and technological advancements of the platform. Kolger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Hunter Maskill is the Managing Director at Insuretrust, where he co-manages the broking team, drives innovation by creating in insurance products and manages the firm’s claims capabilities.  Prior to Insuretrust, he spent 13 years at AIG, most recently managing the cyber and professional liability team.  Before managing, he was both an underwriter and a claims adjuster at AIG.  Hunter graduated from the University of Georgia, with honors, with a business management degree from the Terry College of Business.

Experienced and dynamic sales leader with a demonstrated history of driving growth and profitability in a diverse product portfolio through data-informed strategies, tactical planning, and exceptional team leadership. Proficient in fostering high-performing teams and building strong partnerships.

Bruce is an Account Executive and plays a lead role in strategizing and driving our growth in the MGA and Wholesale Broker businesses.  He is a seasoned sales and revenue growth professional with more than 20 years of experience, which included stints with several leading agency management systems (Vertafore, EZLynx/Applied Systems) and most recently with Dyad, a leading insurance technology solutions provider.

An interesting personal fact about Bruce….   He was a former Colorado Golden Gloves boxing champion in the light heavyweight class and had a 13-1 record with 11 knockouts as a professional boxer.   Our IM sales team adds another worthy member to its cadre of fighters!

Bruce lives in Arvada, Colorado, and is the proud father of 4 adult children.  He is a fitness and sports enthusiast and enjoys playing ice hockey, an enduring passion from his childhood days in Minnesota.
